Rooftop Enclosed Bar – Design Proposal

This curated collection of suite renderings presents the elevated interior design concepts developed for a boutique hotel in Flushing, New York, spanning nine distinct unit types. Each suite seamlessly blends thoughtfully selected materials, luxurious finishes, and bespoke details, including custom bathroom doors crafted from matte glass and perforated metal sheets manufactured in China. These renderings not only convey the aesthetic vision but also served as precise guidance for millwork and construction, ensuring the seamless realization of the design intent.
