This portfolio piece presents a site redevelopment concept through a fully detailed visual proposal, brought to life through a detailed 3D model built in SketchUp. The approved site plan—developed in close collaboration with the design team—was meticulously refined and rendered in Photoshop to capture the project’s architectural intent. The presentation explores the evolution of the site through phased development, sculpted massing studies, intuitive circulation strategies, and the infrastructural framework proposed for the new mixed-use environment. Rendered using SketchUp, Corona Renderer, and Photoshop, the visuals offer a polished and immersive look into the future character of the site.
